Message from the Principal
The recently established Jalpaiguri Govt Medical College & Hospital by the department of H&FW, Govt of West Bengal is yet another jewel in the crown of medical infrastructure & services in the state of West Bengal. This institution will prove to be a boom to the district of Jalpaiguri as well as other adjoining areas as an epicenter of medical services & education.
As the first principal of this medical college, it is my privilege that I have been entrusted upon to lead this institute from its inception. I along with my team of talented medical professionals, bright students & all categories of staffs supported by Health Department Officials, are optimistic & hopeful to mold this institution into a leading medical college & hospital in the are & eventually in the country. We are well poised to provide finest medical services to out patients & world class education to our budding doctors.
